Co-Founder,
Brand and Growth

Matt Flaherty is an entrepreneur, marketer, and former professional baseball player. He is the co-founder of Vervetta LLC, a growth firm that helps businesses grow through high-converting websites, local SEO, paid advertising, reputation management, and automation.

Matt began his entrepreneurial career by founding Flaherty Design, a graphic design company he operated for five years while earning his bachelor's degree in Marketing from Bellarmine University. Through that experience, he developed a strong foundation in branding, design, client acquisition, and building solutions around the needs of business owners.

While attending Bellarmine University and the University of Evansville, Matt competed as a Division I baseball player before playing professionally for nearly two years. His athletic career shaped the discipline, resilience, and competitive mindset he now brings to business.

Matt later earned his Master of Science in Leadership with a concentration in Innovation from the University of Evansville. His education, creative background, and experience in high-performance environments became the foundation for his approach to marketing and entrepreneurship.

Today Matt focuses on growing Vervetta and helping businesses build stronger digital foundations. He is known for combining creative execution with clear strategy to produce marketing that does more than look good. It generates attention, builds trust, and drives measurable growth.
