Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever else you type into that form. Our forms are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a third party form service.
Information collected automatically. Standard web server and analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, device and browser type, and the UTM or source parameters attached to the link you arrived on.
Advertising data. If you arrive from an ad, the advertising platform may set a cookie or identifier so it can tell that its ad produced a visit. We use this to measure whether our own advertising works.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can do that job: our form provider, our email and hosting providers, our CRM, our scheduling tool, and our analytics and advertising platforms.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. They are on by default and you can turn them off at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored on your device.

Email support@vervetta.com and we will, within a reasonable time and where the law requires it: tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to verify who you are first.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes we will publish an opt-out here first. California residents can still email us to exercise any of the rights above.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship and for our own records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this statement we will update the date at the top of this page.
