What we are not doing is locking you into a monthly fee to make the maths work. You pay $500 once. You own the site. If you never talk to us again, it still works.
Yes, from the moment you send your logo and answer the six questions. We have built eighteen of these. The build is not the slow part. Waiting on the client is, which is why we ask for so little from you.

You will need a domain name, which runs about $15 a year and you buy it directly in your own name so nobody can hold it hostage. We connect it for you at no charge.
If you later want us to maintain it, keep your Google profile updated and chase reviews, we have a service for that. It is optional and we will not bring it up until the site is live.
That is the normal starting point and it is why most owners never get a site up.
Send us your logo and answer six questions. We write the copy, pull usable photos from your Google profile and social, and use licensed stock for anything missing. If you have job photos on your phone, even better, but nothing stalls if you do not.
You do not pay. You see the finished draft before any money changes hands. Tell us it is not right, take one round of changes, and if it still is not right, walk away. You will not be invoiced and we will not chase you.
Price goes back to $1,500 and the next opening is whenever the schedule clears. We are not going to pretend the offer disappears forever, but the five spots are real capacity, not a marketing number, and when they are gone they are gone.
